INTRODUCTIOEarly rehabilitation decreases incidence of disability in patients with stroke and increases their life quality that has been proved by many scholars. Early rehabilitation refers to rehabilitation begun within 2 weeks after onset. Barthel index can reflect patients ADL sensitively and completely and improvement of ADL has a high correlation with improvement of limb function.
