本文利用反电势转速传感器和PDF控制方法对直流电机的转速进行控制。PDF(Pseudo-Derivative-Feedback)这一控制方法是美国康奈尔大学教授理查德.M.弗伦近年内首先提出来的。这种控制方法对阶跃输入具有较好的暂态响应特性以及很强的负载能力。反电势转速传感器具有结构简单,无需在控制系统中考虑传感器的安装问题。作为比较,笔者对发电式转速传感器用作反馈元件的PDF控制系统也作了研究。结果表明,反电势转速传感器的PDF控制系统存在着极小的死区,但这种传感器的输出信号纹波小,在高转速情况下,其性能优于发电式转速传感器。
In this paper, the back EMF sensor and PDF control method to control the speed of the DC motor. PDF (Pseudo-Derivative-Feedback) This control method was first proposed by Richard M. Furen, a professor at Cornell University in the United States in recent years. This control method has good transient response to step input and high load capacity. Back EMF speed sensor has a simple structure, no need to consider the control system in the installation of sensors. As a comparison, the author also made a research on the PDF control system using the generator speed sensor as a feedback element. The results show that there is a small dead zone in the PDF control system of the back EMF sensor. However, the output signal ripple of this sensor is small, and its performance is better than the generator speed sensor at high speed.
