1.前言为迎接作为下一代电视系统高质量图象的实用化阶段,与其相关的技术正取得急速的进步。在固态摄象器件领域内与高质量图象标准相一致的130~200万象素 CCD 传感器已研制成功。它不仅用在广播方面,而且期待着广泛用于静止图象输入装置、电视会议系统等领域。但是,要使这样的 CCD 图象传感器用于高分辨率电视(HDTV)摄象机,在灵敏度、动态范围、垂直拖尾(Smear)等方面尚有许多问题待解决。为了补偿伴随着信号电荷量减少而灵敏度和动态范围的下降,更进一步降低噪声尤为必要。
1. Introduction To meet the practical phase of high-quality images as the next generation of television systems, the technologies associated with them are making rapid progress. In the field of solid-state imaging devices and high-quality image standards consistent with the 1.2 million pixel CCD sensor has been successfully developed. It is used not only in broadcasting but also in fields such as still picture input devices, video conferencing systems and the like. However, for such a CCD image sensor to be used in a high definition television (HDTV) camera, there are still many problems to be solved in terms of sensitivity, dynamic range, Smear, and the like. To compensate for the decrease in sensitivity and dynamic range with a decrease in signal charge, further noise reduction is especially desirable.
