糕点是广大消费者喜欢的一种方便食品,也是婴幼儿、病人常吃的食品之一,为进一步加强卫生察监管理,我们于1986年3~4月份,对郑州市4个国营与集体生产厂的成品糕点及12个门市部市售糕点、蛋糕、冰糖酥、豆沙包、哈拉豆、梅豆角、枣泥夹心蛋糕等10多个品种,122个样品,进行细菌学检验。现将结果报告如下:一、基本情况:各生产厂的卫生状况一般良好,生产人员每年进行一次健康检查,生产时穿戴工作
