不同光照强度对鼓槌石斛生长特性和化学成分的影响

以鼓槌石斛为试材,利用人工调节遮阳网的层数和高度形成不同的光照环境种植鼓槌石斛,试验6个月后,测定鼓槌石斛茎粗、株高等生长指标和氨基酸、多糖、毛兰素、总酚等有效成分含量。结果表明:在透光率50%的光照条件下,鼓槌石斛的茎增粗最明显,株高增长率最快;不同光照条件的鼓槌石斛中所含的氨基酸含量、多糖、毛兰素、总酚含量有显著差异。其中,在7月,透光率仅为10%的条件下,鼓槌石斛中总酚、毛兰素含量最高,分别为0.945%、0.164 4%;在11月,透光率50%的遮荫条件下,多糖含量成分最高为6.388%。遮荫对鼓槌石斛的生长特性、多糖、总酚、毛兰素有显著影响。 With Drumstick Dendrobium as test material, Dendrobium candidum was formed by artificial adjustment of the number and height of shading net.
