采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳法，获得了矮杨梅种下７个类型和毛杨梅的过氧化物酶同工酶（ＰＯＸ）酶谱。矮杨梅种下各类型的ＰＯＸ谱带具有多型性；以ＰＯＸ谱带为性状，对矮杨梅各类型和毛杨梅进行了聚类分析，矮杨梅各类型和毛杨梅被分为两大类，对应于形态分类学上的两个种；矮杨梅的７个类型，被分为两类４组，其中，小乔木型和青白果型差异程度较大，是相对独立的两个类型
By using polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis, the peroxidase isoenzymes (POX) zymograms of seven varieties and three species of Myrica rubra were obtained. The species of POY in short bayberry were polymorphic. Based on the POX bands, clustering analysis was conducted on all genotypes of bayberry and all varieties of bayberry, all genotypes of bayberry and bayberry were divided into two groups, Which corresponds to two species of morphological taxonomy.
