应用液力耦合器实现主通风机节能降耗

一、前言 在煤矿生产中,主通风机的耗电量所占比重很大。据永定矿务局资料,其耗电量约占全局总耗电量的30%。显然,降低主通风机的能耗,对提高企业经济效益有着重要的意义。为此,永定矿务局从实际出发,通过试验、推广液力耦合器应用于主通风机,有效地实现了节能降耗。本文将结合实例,对液力耦合器的节能效果进行分析和论证。 二、使用离心式通风机在能耗方面存在的问题 1、在设计时,风机及所配套的电机的选型,必须满足矿井开采前后期不同的通风要求,加上主通风机的转动惯量较大,为保持风机有足够的启动力矩,还必须留有一定量的备用能力。所以,风机所匹配的电机功率选择是依据整个电机使用期间的最大载荷,再加上10—15%的备用能力来确定的。这样,所选择的电机功率和电机初期使用的功率相比,往往大上好几倍。而初期工况通常要维持若干年。因此,若无调节或调节不当,就会造成严重的能源浪费。 2、南方矿井,地质构造复杂,矿井投产后,常达不到设计能力。但依据设计能力而选择的通风设备,一经安装,便难以更改,导致因设备能力过剩而造成能源浪费。 3、在南方矿井的开采过程中,工作面的布置常因地质条件的变化而变化,造成井下风阻变化很大。而转速在设计安装时已为恒值的通风机所产生的能力难以适应这?
