Objective: To investigate the significance of mean arterial pressure changes during cardiopulmonary and cerebral resuscitation on thoracic and extracranial cardiac compression (direct and indirect compression). Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups (34 in each group) undergoing routine salvage. The patients underwent direct and indirect cardioversion and mean arterial catheterization of HP monitor or table-type blood pressure meter Pressure monitoring. Results: The average arterial pressure and cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate in direct compression were significantly higher than those in indirect compression group. Conclusion: Direct extrusion can increase blood perfusion pressure, increase blood and oxygen supply of heart and brain, which plays an important role in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is worth using
