介绍一种带烟火剂双层中心点火管的新型点火系统。根据这种点火系统的特殊结构,建立了点火管和装药床的双一维两相流内弹道模型和烟火传火管喷火孔燃气喷射流量模型。数值计算与试验结果比较表明,理论与实验之间具有良好的一致性。实验与计算结果都证明该中心点火管对抑制膛内压力波是有效的。
A new type ignition system with pyrotechnic agent double center ignition tube is introduced. According to the special structure of this ignition system, a two-dimensional two-phase interior ballistic model of fire tube and charge bed and a gas jet flow model of pyrotechnic fire hole are established. The comparison between numerical calculation and experimental results shows that there is a good agreement between theory and experiment. Both experimental and computational results show that the ignition tube of the center is effective in suppressing the pressure wave in the bore.
