观察分别接种地鼠巢细胞(CHO)和酵母菌表达的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原基因工程疫苗的母亲HBsAg和HBeAg同时阳性新生儿20例和120例。于3月龄时检出婴儿HBsAg阳性20例,随访至24个月,16例HBsAg持续阳性成为HBsAg慢性携带者,保护率8815%。抗HBs阳性率和抗HBs滴度均于婴儿9~12月龄时达一高峰(100%,11228)。酵母菌表达的乙肝基因疫苗预防保护率和抗HBs阳性率与CHO苗无显著性差异。两种疫苗均具有较好的免疫源性和近保护效果。
To observe the positive HBsAg and HBeAg positive mothers of 20 mothers and 120 esophageal mothers who were inoculated with gentamicin (CHO) and yeast-expressed hepatitis B virus surface antigen genetically engineered vaccine respectively. Twenty HBsAg positive cases were detected at 3 months of age and were followed up to 24 months. Sixteen cases of persistent HBsAg positive HBsAg carriers were chronic carriers with a protection rate of 88.15%. The positive rate of anti-HBs and anti-HBs titer reached a peak at 9-12 months of age (100%, 11228). Yeast expression of hepatitis B gene vaccine prevention and protection of anti-HBs positive rate and CHO seedlings no significant difference. Both vaccines have good immunogenicity and close protection.
