目的了解安徽省妇幼保健服务对象的母婴健康生活方式和行为水平,探讨健康生活方式和行为具备率的影响因素,为进一步指导母婴健康素养工作的有效开展提供依据。方法提取“安徽省母婴健康素养调查”数据库中妇幼保健服务对象的基本情况及健康生活方式和行为问题进行统计分析。结果共调查5 076人,其中婚检对象2 032人(40.03%)、孕妇及其丈夫1 487人(29.30%)、儿童家长1 557人(30.67%)。调查对象的母婴健康生活方式和行为具备率为3.15%,其中婚检对象为1.38%,孕妇及其丈夫为2.76%,儿童家长为5.84%。单因素Logistic分析表明,调查对象类别、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、个人年收入、户籍等因素与母婴健康生活方式和行为相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,调查对象类别、性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、个人年收入与母婴健康生活方式和行为相关(P<0.05)。结论安徽省妇幼保健服务对象健康生活方式和行为素养的具备率较低,且与性别、年龄、文化程度、个人年收入等因素有关。
Objective To understand the maternal and child health lifestyle and behavior of maternal and child health care service providers in Anhui Province, to explore the influencing factors of healthy lifestyles and behavioral requirements, and to provide basis for further guiding the health literacy work. Methods The basic situation, healthy life style and behavioral problems of maternal and child health care service providers in “Survey of Maternal and Infant Health Literacy in Anhui Province” were extracted for statistical analysis. Results A total of 5 076 people were investigated, of whom 2,032 were premarital subjects (40.03%), 1 487 were pregnant women and their husbands (29.30%), and 1 557 were children (30.67%). The subjects with maternal and child health lifestyles and behavior with a rate of 3.15%, of which the premarital object was 1.38%, pregnant women and their husbands 2.76%, 5.84% of children’s parents. Univariate Logistic analysis showed that the factors such as category, gender, age, marital status, educational level, occupation, personal annual income, household registration and other factors related to healthy lifestyle and behavior of maternal and infant (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the type of survey, gender, age, education level, occupation and personal annual income were related to healthy lifestyle and behaviors of maternal and infant (P <0.05). Conclusion Maternal and Child Health Service Providers in Anhui Province have a low availability of healthy lifestyles and behavioral literacy, and are related to such factors as gender, age, education level and personal annual income.
