今年上半年国内玉米市场总体弱势运行。1-4月份玉米价格大致经过了一个下降周期,5月份开始止跌企稳。6月中旬,因华北、黄淮地区普通玉米在麦收期间供求矛盾突出,且受小麦市场价格快速上涨的影响,该地区玉米价格上演领涨行情,并带动国内玉米市场出现回暖迹象。7月3日国家发展改革委发出通知,决定继续在东北主产区实行玉米临时收储政策,并适当提高临时收储价格水平,旨在保护农民利益和种粮积极性,促进粮食生产稳定发展。
The domestic corn market in the first half of this year was generally underperforming. From January to April corn prices have generally gone through a declining cycle and stabilized in May.
