据国外媒体报道,2012年中国人大、政协“两会”拉开帷幕,全球媒体云集,新闻大战的阵势比往年有过之而无不及。据称,参与报道的中外记者超过3000名,其中外国记者达900名之多,这是一项世界级盛事的采访规模。有舆论形容“世界一起步入中国的‘两会时间’”。日本《时事通讯社》:中国总理温家宝在2012年政府工作报告中指出,今年中国国内生产总值(GDP)增长目标为7.5%左右,报道称,“这是八年来首次低于8%”。
