生产实践证明,小麦产量与冬前苗情有直接关系,冬前苗情发育好,群体适宜,个体健壮,翌年产量就高,否则产量就低。亩产量不仅与群体有关,而且与苗情素质也有关。如1982年冬前亩茎数达84.5万,不仅比历年多,而且一类苗面积和三叶大蘖所占比重大,单株发育好。因此,亩产达597斤,比历年高。而1979年冬前亩茎数只有61.2万,一类苗面积和三叶大蘖、单株次生根都比往年差,因此亩产只有374斤,比历年均低。近几年为了培育冬前壮苗,夺取小麦连年稳定增产,在技术措施上采取了以下几条。
