分析老年人死亡原因,不仅对制订老年保健措施加强老年保健事业具有指导意义,而且对进一步降低人口死亡率也有现实意义。本文分析了1978～1986年上海纺织系统十万老年人群的死因,并对如何开展老年病防治进行了讨论。资料和方法根据全局450多个工厂保健站每年度上报的在职和退休职工死亡登记表汇总而成。
Analyzing the causes of death in elderly people not only has guiding significance for the formulation of elderly health care measures and strengthens the health care for the elderly, but also has practical significance for further reducing the mortality rate of the population. This paper analyzes the causes of death of 100,000 elderly people in the Shanghai textile system from 1978 to 1986, and discusses how to implement prevention and treatment of senile diseases. The data and methods are based on the annual report of the death registration forms of active and retired workers reported by more than 450 factory health stations.
