目的:观察吉诺通胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎I型的疗效和安全性。方法:60例慢性鼻窦炎I型患者随机分为两组:治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用吉诺通胶囊300 mg,300 mg/次,口服,3次/d,连用30 d;对照组采用鼻窦炎口服液10 mL,10 mL/次,口服,3次/d,连用30 d。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.00%,对照组总有效率为53.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吉诺通胶囊对治疗慢性鼻窦炎I型是安全、有效的,值得临床应用。 Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Gynolong capsule in treating type I chronic sinusitis. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic sinusitis type I were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given Ginuo Tong Capsules 300 mg, 300 mg once daily orally for 3 times daily for 30 days. The control group was treated with oral sinusitis 10 mL, orally 3 times daily for 30 days d. Results: The total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gynodone capsule is safe and effective for the treatment of chronic sinusitis type I, which is worthy of clinical application.
