为了解煤矿工人肺小动脉的病变特点,应用图像分析仪对48例煤矿工人的肺小动脉进行了测量分析。结果表明:随着煤工尘肺期别的增加、肺小动脉周围粉尘沉积量的增加和尘性病变的加重,肺小动脉管壁也随之增厚。直径小于200μm肺小动脉管壁厚度百分比和管腔面积百分比,与煤工尘肺期别和是否合并肺心病有关。应用生物力学的原理对肺小动脉改变的意义进行了探讨,并讨论了血管管壁厚度测量指标的选择。
In order to understand the pathological changes of pulmonary arteries in coal miners, 48 cases of pulmonary arteries of coal miners were measured by image analyzer. The results showed that the wall of pulmonary arterioles also thickened with the increase of pneumoconiosis period of coal workers, the increase of dust deposition around the pulmonary arterioles and the increase of dusty lesions. Diameter less than 200μm pulmonary arterial wall thickness percentage and lumen area percentage, and pneumoconiosis pneumoconiosis pneumoconiosis associated with pneumoconiosis. The significance of the change of pulmonary arterioles was discussed by the principle of biomechanics, and the selection of the indexes of vascular wall thickness was discussed.
