根据Mie光散射理论,如果颗粒的尺寸(或分布)保持不变,那么由颗粒的不同相对折射率就可以得到不同的散射光能量分布。因此,颗粒尺寸测量仪的测量结果将受到被测颗粒的相对折射率的影响。本文将从理论计算和实验结果两个方面来分析被测颗粒的相对折射率对测量结果的影响。
According to the theory of Mie light scattering, if the particle size (or distribution) remains the same, different scattered light energy distributions can be obtained from different relative refractive indices of the particles. Therefore, the particle size meter measurement results will be affected by the relative refractive index of the particles under test. In this paper, the influence of the relative refractive index of the measured particles on the measurement results is analyzed from two aspects of theoretical calculation and experimental results.
