通过对马家田尾矿库区域地质构造、库区不良地质观察、尾矿淋滤固结和化学固结、坝体渗透水和库区特大洪水等因素对马家田尾矿堆积坝体稳定性影响的分析 ,初步论证了坝体尾矿砂土的地震液化、渗透破坏、坝肩滑坡使坝体失稳和洪水漫顶的可能性 ,以及尾矿淋滤固结和化学固结作用有助于坝体的稳定性。并初步提出了马家田尾矿库可能会诱发地震和封库停运后大气降雨会导致坝体尾矿砂土抗剪强度降低的观点。
