利用水模拟对特种材料管形铸件在一定工艺条件下充型过程进行了研究。基于相似性原理设计制造了水模拟实验平台,观测并分析了水模拟实验中流体的流动状态。利用Pro CAST对特种材料的充型凝固过程进行数值模拟,并与水模拟实验结果进行比较,发现数值计算充型结果与水模拟结果一致。通过对温度场和凝固速度的分析,预测了铸件缩松产生的位置。
The filling process of the special material tube casting under certain process conditions was studied by water simulation. Based on the principle of similarity, a water simulation experiment platform was designed and manufactured, and the flow state of fluid in water simulation experiment was observed and analyzed. Pro CAST was used to simulate the process of filling and solidification of special materials. Compared with the results of water simulation, it was found that the results of numerical calculation were consistent with those of water simulation. Through the analysis of the temperature field and the solidification rate, the location of the casting shrinkage is predicted.
