中国石油拟出资设立东部管道公司的资产及负债,经审计确认,总资产为816亿元,总负债526亿元,净资产290亿元。经评估,总资产为916亿元,总负债526亿元,净资产389亿元。中国石油将以经备案的评估后的全部净资产出资。在混合所有制改革中一直低调潜行的中国石油,这一次步子迈得确实有点大。对于股权转让的意义,公告称,“本次股权转让,有利于促进发展混合所有制经济,优化公司资产配置和融资结构,实现产权结构多元化的目的”。
