中日两国自古往来密切,饮食文化上也有着莫大渊源,日本著名料理“生鱼片”的源头即可追溯到中国唐代。日本学习中国的生食方法并将之保留、发扬,结合自己本民族的特点形成独特的生食文化。本文就两国的生食文化稍作探究。
China and Japan are closely linked in ancient times and have a great tradition of food culture. The source of the famous Japanese cuisine “sashimi” can be traced back to China’s Tang Dynasty. Japan learned Chinese raw food methods and preserved and developed them to form a unique raw food culture based on the characteristics of their own people. This article explores the raw food culture in both countries.
