我厂生产的汽车齿轮及工矿齿轮,绝大部份为硬齿面,有的是调质钢高频淬硬。有的是低碳合金钢渗碳淬硬,中等模数,精度在7级左右,属小批量、多品种生产结构。原来的齿轮制造工艺分两大类,即滚齿、热处理、磨齿,或滚齿、剃齿、热处理、珩齿。但前者效率低、成本高,后者则不足以消除热处理变形,达不到规定的精度。我们从86年开始进行硬齿面滚齿工艺的试验研究。经过一年多的实践,已在成批生产中推广使用。一、硬质合金滚刀
