目的了解电子产品铝合金外壳制造行业的职业病危害及其关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测相结合的方法,根据危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)理论,对苏州某电子产品铝合金外壳生产企业进行职业病危害关键控制点分析。结果该企业主要存在噪声、生产性粉尘和有害气体等职业病危害因素,有毒物质和生产性粉尘监测结果均合格,噪声合格率仅为37.29%,压铸、研磨、数控机床(CNC)加工等车间为职业病危害关键控制点。结论电子产品铝合金外壳制造行业存在着职业中毒、尘肺病、职业性噪声聋等风险,运用HACCP理论对其进行职业病防控具有一定实践意义。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and their critical control points in the manufacturing of aluminum alloy shell for electronic products. Methods Based on the combination of field occupational health survey and occupational hazards test, according to the critical control point of Hazard Analysis (HACCP) theory, the key control points of occupational hazards of aluminum alloy shell manufacturing enterprises in Suzhou were analyzed. Results The main harmful factors of occupational diseases such as noise, productive dust and harmful gas were produced in this enterprise. The monitoring results of toxic substances and productive dust were all qualified, the passing rate of noise was only 37.29%, the workshop of die-casting, grinding and CNC machining was Occupational hazards critical control points. Conclusion There is a risk of occupational poisoning, pneumoconiosis and occupational noise in the manufacture of aluminum alloy enclosure for electronic products. It is of practical significance to use HACCP theory to prevent and control occupational diseases.
