基于激光跟踪干涉测量法建立的柔性三坐标测量系统能够有效地解决运动物体 (如机器人手臂、数控机床刀具 )空间位置测量 ,并且有望获得高的精度。讨论了球坐标法激光跟踪干涉动态测量 ,给出了测量原理和系统构成 ,建立了数学模型和实验。
The flexible CMM system based on laser tracking interferometry can effectively measure the spatial position of moving objects (such as robotic arms and CNC machine tools) and is expected to obtain high precision. The dynamic measurement of laser tracking interference by spherical coordinate method is discussed. The measurement principle and system configuration are given. The mathematical model and experiment are established.
