目的研究白果内酯(Bilobalide)对大鼠心血管功能的影响。方法经颈总动脉插管记录麻醉状态大鼠血压和心率变化。实验分为4组:生理盐水组,二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对照组,白果内酯组,心得安组。用MedLab-U/4C501生物信号采集处理系统记录给药前后大鼠收缩压、舒张压及心率变化。结果DMSO可以快速降低大鼠血压DMSO,使大鼠心率减慢;白果内酯可以可以快速降低大鼠血压、使大鼠心率减慢。DMSO与白果内酯两者对大鼠血压、心率的影响存在差异有统计学意义。结论白果内酯可以快速降低大鼠血压,使大鼠心率减慢。
Objective To study the effect of bilobalide on cardiovascular function in rats. Methods Changes in blood pressure and heart rate of anesthetized rats were recorded by carotid artery catheterization. The experiment was divided into 4 groups: normal saline group, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) control group, ginkgo lactone group, and propranolol group. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of rats were recorded before and after administration using MedLab-U/4C501 biological signal acquisition and processing system. RESULTS: DMSO can rapidly reduce blood pressure DMSO in rats and slow the heart rate of rats. Ginkgolide can rapidly reduce blood pressure and slow the heart rate of rats. There was a statistically significant difference in the effects of DMSO and bilobalide on rat blood pressure and heart rate. Conclusion Bilelactone can rapidly reduce blood pressure in rats and slow the heart rate in rats.
