随着现代法治社会建设的发展,人民群众的法治观念不断增强,企业职工的理性维权意识也在提升。企业工会组织,是联系职工群众与企业的桥梁纽带。企业工会在加强职工思想建设,创建职工文化、建立一支高素质的职工队伍,推进和谐企业建设方面,发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文以企业加强职工思想政治工作的重要性和必要性、思想政治工作在企业工会中所起到的作用等,论述企业工会加强和改进职工思想政治工作具体措施。
With the development of a modern society ruled by law, the concept of the rule of law by the masses of the people is constantly enhanced and the sense of rational rights protection by business workers is also on the rise. Trade union organizations in enterprises are the bridge linking the masses of workers and enterprises. The trade unions of enterprises play a decisive role in strengthening the ideological and workers’ work, creating a staff culture, establishing a high-quality workforce and promoting the building of a harmonious enterprise. In this paper, the importance and necessity of enterprises to strengthen the ideological and political work of workers and the role played by ideological and political work in their trade unions, etc., are discussed in this paper. Specific measures to strengthen and improve the workers’ ideological and political work in trade unions are discussed.
