本文简要概述了常用致突物检测方法近年来的发展及完善。Ames试验中增加了对某些种类物质更敏感的菌株:对多环芳烃敏感的TA98/l,8DNP6,对硝基芳香胺敏感的YG 1021和YG 1026、YG1024和YG 1029,对烷化剂敏感的YG 7108和YG7113。出现了一些改良的方法:TLC/Ames法、微量悬浮法、微量波动同时检测法等。这些新菌种、新方法的应用,提高了Ames的敏感性,扩大了其应用范围,简化了操作程序,使之更适用于进行大量、快速筛检。SOS法有较大发展,文中详细介绍了原 This article gives a brief overview of the development and improvement of the commonly used methods for detection of bursts in recent years.
