自20世纪90年代以来,一些危害人类生命健康的恶性、突发性重大食品安全事件在全球范围内不断发生,引发了食品安全危机。层出不穷的食品安全事件使得一个个曾经经营良好的企业遭受到毁灭性的打击,众多企业也都意识到危机无处不在,正在积极探索着如何走出“危机风波”。本文就食品安全危机为什么会发生,食品企业如何预防危机,当危机发生时该怎样应对以及如何抓住安全危机给企业带来的商机重新占领市场的制高点等几个食品企业不可避免的问题加以阐述。
Since the 1990s, some vicious and unexpected major food safety incidents, which endanger the health of human beings, have taken place continuously on a global scale, triggering a food safety crisis. An endless stream of food safety incidents have caused devastating blows to companies that once operated well.
