电渣重熔高速钢,这是目前国内外都在研究的课题。本文通过对比实验论述了电渣重熔高速钢的铸态组织、变形后炭化物的状况,非金属夹杂和热塑性等问题。通过改变重熔电力制度对金属熔池影响的实验,探讨了合理电渣工艺参数的选择。这些对电渣重熔高速钢的生产和研究,具有一定的参考价值。
Electroslag remelting high-speed steel, which is currently the subject of research at home and abroad. In this paper, the comparative experiments were carried out to discuss the as-cast structure of ESR HSS, the state of carbide after deformation, the non-metallic inclusions and the thermoplasticity. By changing the influence of the remelting power system on the metal pool, the selection of the reasonable electroslag process parameters was discussed. These have a certain reference value for the production and research of ESR HSS.
