目的建立自动分析滴定仪测定食盐中碘含量。方法对滴定仪法测定食盐中的碘进行方法检测限、精密度、回收率等试验并对国家标准方法和电位滴定仪法测定的2种结果进行比对。结果最低检测质量浓度为0.19mg/kg,方法低、中、高浓度变异系数为0.5%和0.8%,方法不同浓度回收率为101%和105%;2种测量方法测定食盐中碘含量无显著性差异t=0.420.05)。结论滴定仪法完全可替代人工滴定法(国家标准方法)进行食盐中碘含量测定。
Objective To establish an automatic analytical titrator for the determination of iodine in salt. Methods The limits of detection, precision and recovery of iodine in salt were determined by titrimetric method. The results of two methods of national standard method and potentiometric titration method were compared. Results The minimum detectable concentration was 0.19mg / kg. The coefficients of variation of low, middle and high concentrations were 0.5% and 0.8%, respectively. The recoveries were 101% and 105% at different concentrations. There was no significant difference between the two methods Sex differences t = 0.42 0.05). Conclusion titration method can completely replace the artificial titration (national standard method) for determination of iodine in salt.
