一、引言随着科学技术的不断发展,大模数、大直径、大宽度、硬齿面齿轮在各种生产、科技领域中得到愈来愈广泛的应用。因此1988~1990年,我们承担了省级科研项目——“叠片式蜗杆型密排列强迫剃齿刀”的研制任务,该刀具已于89年11月初步成功地应用于生产实践中。该刀具于1990年6月通过了省科委组织的科技成果鉴定。经鉴定委员会专家评议,一致认为:“在我国齿轮加工行业从软齿面向硬齿面过渡的过程中,该项成果开创了一条适合我国国情的齿

INTRODUCTION With the continuous development of science and technology, large modulus, large diameter, large width, hardened gear in a variety of production, science and technology has been more and more widely used.
