本文测定了硅钢和其碳化物在几种水溶液和非水溶液电解液中电解时的极化行为。提出在极化性强的非水溶液中电解破坏钢中的碳化物,从而分离出非金属夹杂物。对合金比高的铬锰氮不锈钢中非金属夹杂物的电解分离问题,也找到了适当的电解条件。
This paper measured the polarization behavior of silicon steel and its carbides when electrolyzed in several aqueous and nonaqueous electrolytes. It is proposed to electrolytically destroy the carbides in the steel in a highly polar non-aqueous solution to separate non-metallic inclusions. Electrolytic separation of non-metallic inclusions in chromium-manganese-nitrogen stainless steel with higher alloy ratios has also been found to have adequate electrolytic conditions.
