结合广州市建立DNA数据库的经验,对DNA数据库建设中有关样本采集,检验及分型方法、 过程及DNA数据入库条件,盲测方法等环节进行探讨。提出建议,为建立高质量DNA数据 库提供借鉴。
Based on the experience of establishing DNA database in Guangzhou, this paper discussed the methods of sample collection, testing and typing, process, storage conditions of DNA data and blind measurement in the construction of DNA database. Put forward suggestions and provide references for the establishment of high quality DNA database.
