目的研究可调移液器在卫生理化检验中的应用。方法 2012年9—10月比较刻度吸管与移液器国家标准的要求,参照国标校准可调移液器,比较不同人员使用的差异性,可调移液器在卫生检验应用实例。结果 JJG 196-2006与JJG 646-2006比较:移液器的标准在0.1~0.5 ml等同或略优于A级刻度吸管,在1~10 ml优于B级接近A级刻度吸管。按国标要求对移液器进行较准:2支20~100μl及1支1 000~5 000μl移液器合格,另外两支不合格,最大误差5%,经调整后再校准合格。比较两人使用同一支移液器的差异:两人在标准规定的条件下用同一移液器移取1.0、0.5、0.1 ml纯水进行称量,结果精密度均小于0.4%,移取误差都优于移液器及A级刻度吸管的标准。两者均能准确移取,人员间使用无差别。国标规定同容量的充差移液器与A级刻度吸管基本一致;校准体积的偏差在允许的范围内优于A级刻度吸管;不同人员使用同一支移液器无差别;应用实例表明与刻度吸管比较,可减小工作强度、减少工作量、提高效率。结论在保证适当较准频率,正确维护使用下,可调移液器在很大范围内可替代玻璃刻度吸管在卫生理化检验中应用。
Objective To study the application of adjustable pipette in hygienic physical and chemical test. Methods From September to October 2012, compare the requirements of the national standards of graduated pipettes and pipettes with reference to the national standard adjustable pipettes, and compare the differences in the use of different personnel. The adjustable pipettes are used in sanitary inspection applications. GB standard with the same capacity of the poor pipette and A graduated pipette basically the same; calibration volume deviation within the allowable range better than the A-scale pipette; different personnel using the same pipette no difference; application examples show that with the scale Pipette comparison, can reduce the work intensity, reduce workload, improve efficiency. Conclusion Adjustable pipettes can replace glass graduated pipettes for hygienic physical and chemical tests to a large extent while ensuring the proper quasi-frequency and proper maintenance.
