现如今,对于工程造价而言,其生命全周期相对较长,工程施工的各个阶段会涉及到诸多人员,目前,工程造价精细化管理的过程之中出现阶段信息传递失真、数据更新速度之后、信息处理速度慢以及预测精准性差等等问题,BIM技术信息处理能力速度较快,可以很好的解决各个商户之前存在的各类问题,由此在工程之中的应用范围也十分的广泛。BIM技术信息技术可以从根本之上来加大前期预测的精准性,另外还可以加大信息处理的能力与速度,这对于参与方数据共享和各方之间信息传递而言十分的有利。鉴于此,本文主要分析基于BIM的工程造价精细化管理。

In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the project cost fine management based on BIM.
