目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者TH17细胞的表达及功能。方法:选取COPD稳定期患者30例作为COPD稳定期组,门诊不吸烟的健康体检者30名为正常对照组。通过流式细胞术检测外周血TH17细胞的表达,ELISA检测血浆中白介素(IL)-17、IL-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ水平。结果:外周血中TH17细胞比例COPD稳定期组要高于正常对照组(P<0.01),ELISA检测表明,COPD稳定期组血浆中IL-17和IFN-γ水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),2组血浆中IL-4水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TH17细胞在COPD中的表达增加,参与了COPD慢性炎症过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression and function of TH17 cells in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Thirty COPD stable patients were selected as the stable COPD group and 30 healthy non-smoking outpatients were selected as the normal control group. The expression of TH17 cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-17, IL-4 and IFN-γ in plasma were detected by ELISA. Results: The proportion of TH17 cells in peripheral blood was higher in stable COPD group than in normal control group (P <0.01). ELISA showed that the levels of IL-17 and IFN-γ in plasma of stable COPD group were significantly higher than those in normal control group P <0.01). There was no significant difference in plasma IL-4 levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of TH17 cells in COPD is increased, which is involved in the chronic inflammatory process of COPD.
