我国旅游业快速发展,对旅游管理专业的人才培养有了新的要求,地方性二本院校纷纷注重向应用型院校的转型。本文通过对湖南人文科技学院旅游专业的实践教学现状进行调查与分析,根据其特征,提出了三维立体教学模式,旅游实践教学内容、教学方式、专业能力为多维结构,推进三维立体教学模式的具体措施和途径,实现校企政的多方协同合作,共享多方资源,提升学生的职业综合能力,旨在为地方性二本旅游管理专业的发展及高素质的综合高位就业人才培养提供参考意见。
With the rapid development of tourism in our country, there are new requirements for talents training in tourism management. Two local institutions pay more attention to the transition to applied institutes. Based on the characteristics of the three-dimensional teaching mode, the author puts forward the specific three-dimensional teaching mode, the teaching content of tourism practice, the teaching mode, the multidimensional structure of professional ability and the promotion of the three-dimensional teaching mode Measures and ways to achieve multi-party school-government cooperation and concerted efforts to share resources and enhance students’ comprehensive professional ability, designed to provide reference for the development of two local tourism management professionals and high-quality comprehensive high employment of personnel training.
