师德、师风是学生德育修养的重要组成部分,直接关系到今后幼儿教育工作。探索中职学前教育师范生师德教育的方法,培养学生良好的师德修养。本文分别从建立师德教育体系,有效开展德育课堂,提升教师综合素养,规范学生实习教育等方面进行论述。 Morality, teacher style is an important part of moral education, which is directly related to the future preschool education. To explore the method of pre-school teacher education of teacher education in vocational schools, and cultivate students good moral cultivation.
