针对矩形花键槽口阻碍管坯料变形、容易破裂的问题,参照类似花键模式,设计了5种不同角度的花键孔。并逐一进行模拟试验,对试验结果进行了对比分析。结果显示,修改后的内花键孔形状可增大板-管件接触面,改善连接的工艺性;同时,15°~45°的花键孔形状连接效果最好,不仅轴向固定良好,而且周向不易转动,管件受力均匀,破坏程度小,从而增强了连接件的稳固性。
Aiming at the problem that the rectangular spline notch hinders the tube blank from being deformed and ruptured easily, five spline holes with different angles are designed with reference to the similar spline pattern. And one by one simulation test, the test results were compared. The results show that the modified shape of the inner spline can increase the contact area between the plate and the pipe and improve the processability of the connection. Meanwhile, the spline hole shape of 15 ° ~45 ° has the best connection effect, not only the axial fixation is good, Not easy to rotate the circumferential direction, the pipe force uniform, less damage, thereby enhancing the stability of the connector.
