目的:探讨某肿瘤医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集某肿瘤医院2014年1月-2016年4月共234例ADR报告,按照报告类别、患者年龄与性别、涉及药品种类、累及器官以及临床表现进行分析。结果:ADR的高发年龄段是50~70岁;严重ADR共72例(30.77%),抗肿瘤药物引起的ADR例数最多(129例,55.13%);ADR主要累及呼吸系统(65例次,19.06%)、皮肤及附件(52例次,15.25%)、心血管系统(52例次,15.25%)及骨髓造血系统(51例次,14.96%)等;大多数ADR经及时治疗可痊愈(79例,33.76%)或好转(150例,64.10%)。结论:肿瘤医院由于其用药特殊性,严重ADR发生率较高,累及骨髓造血系统较多,临床应加强对抗肿瘤药物预处理及监测,发现ADR及时治疗。
Objective: To explore the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in a tumor hospital and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: A total of 234 ADR cases were collected from a tumor hospital from January 2014 to April 2016, and analyzed according to the report type, patient’s age and sex, type of drug involved, organs involved and clinical manifestations. Results: The high ADR age range was 50-70 years old; 72 cases were severe ADR (30.77%), the most ADR cases were caused by anti-tumor drugs (129 cases, 55.13%); ADR mainly involved the respiratory system (65 cases, 19.06%), skin and appendages (52 cases, 15.25%), cardiovascular system (52 cases, 15.25%) and bone marrow hematopoietic system (51 cases, 14.96%). Most ADR were cured by timely treatment 79 cases, 33.76%) or improvement (150 cases, 64.10%). Conclusion: Tumor Hospital because of its drug specificity, a high incidence of serious ADR, involving more bone marrow hematopoietic system, the clinical should strengthen the anti-tumor drug pretreatment and monitoring and found that ADR treatment.
