加强基层建设是企业发展的基础和前提,只有加强基层建设才能夯实基础工作,提高基本素质,实现可持续发展。要做到加强基层建设就要做好四个方面的结合工作。
Strengthening grassroots construction is the foundation and premise for enterprise development. Only by strengthening grassroots construction can we consolidate basic work, improve basic qualifications and achieve sustainable development. To achieve the enhancement of grassroots construction, we must do a good job in combining the four aspects.
