以水玻璃为原料,采用静电雾化法制备二氧化硅,研究静电雾化法制备二氧化硅的相关试验条件对二氧化硅粒径大小的影响.试验结果表明,随着外加电压增加或者电极间距减小,施加在放电电极的静电力增强,水玻璃流速变快,由水滴逐渐变成线直至成雾状;形成的二氧化硅微粒粒径逐渐变小;随着脉冲频率升高,二氧化硅微粒粒径也逐渐变小.
Using water glass as raw material, the preparation of silica by electrostatical atomization method was used to study the effect of the relevant experimental conditions on the particle size of silica prepared by electrostatic atomization method.The experimental results show that with the increase of applied voltage or electrode The distance between the electrodes decreases and the electrostatic force applied to the discharge electrodes increases. The flow rate of the water glass becomes faster and the water droplets gradually become linear until the particles become foggy. The diameter of the formed silica particles gradually becomes smaller. As the pulse frequency increases, The particle size of the silica particles also gradually becomes smaller.
