中药材被黄曲霉毒素B1污染严重,建立快速检测中药中黄曲霉毒素B1方法势在必行。试纸条作为新兴检测技术在食品、饲料等产品中应用广泛。但中药材化学成分复杂,基质干扰严重,势必会对快速检测技术造成影响。本文选取5种常用中药材作为研究对象,分别从中药药用功效,化学组成,基质干扰三方面探讨分析试纸条法检测中药黄曲霉毒素B1的影响因素。为今后建立试纸条在中药中黄曲霉毒素B1快速检测技术提供依据和借鉴。
Chinese herbal medicines are heavily contaminated with aflatoxin B1, establishing a rapid detection of aflatoxin B1 in traditional Chinese medicine is imperative. Test strips as emerging detection technology in food, feed and other products are widely used. However, the complex chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine, matrix serious interference, bound to rapid detection technology will have an impact. In this paper, five kinds of commonly used Chinese herbal medicines were selected as the research object, respectively from the medicinal efficacy, chemical composition, matrix interference three aspects of the analysis of test strip method for the detection of aflatoxin B1 factors. In order to establish the test strip in the future of aflatoxin B1 rapid detection technology to provide the basis and reference.
