事业单位改革一直是社会关注的热点,2014年7月1日实施的《事业单位人事管理条例》标志着我国事业单位改革迈入新阶段。本文立足于事业单位人力资源管理现状,从人力资源管理模式的创新、人力资源管理方式的改善两个方面,阐述了新时期事业单位人力资源管理创新发展的措施。
Institutional reform has always been a hot topic in society. On July 1, 2014, the “Regulations on Personnel Management in Public Institutions” marked the beginning of the reform of public institutions in China. Based on the status quo of human resource management in public institutions, this paper elaborates the measures for the innovation and development of human resource management in public institutions in the new period from the aspects of human resource management innovation and human resource management improvement.
