一、分析本次培训中,笔者对《篮球组合技术》(第1课时)一课的各环节进行了数据统计。小组5个人分工合作,1人负责用高清摄像机跟踪学生拍摄,2人分别对相应的2名学生心率变化进行测试和监控,1人负责记录学生练习行为,1人负责记录整节课的流程与各环节的时间。由此,全方位收集相关的数据(见表1),然后进行整理、统计,计算出每节课每个阶段的练习密度
