弹簧载荷式安全阀的启闭压差通常用开启压力的百分比来表示。大量试验表明:安全阀的启闭压差主要取决于阀的几何形状以及调节圈、弹簧刚度、背压等参数。本文根据安全阀试验数据阐述了它们之间的关系,并归纳出经验表达式。对于几何相似的安全阀,在排放蒸汽的情况下,可用该关系式来预算作为调节圈位置的函数的启闭压差值。并通过两种尺寸不同的Dresser阀门证实了这个关系式。
Spring loaded safety valve opening and closing differential pressure is usually expressed as a percentage of cracking pressure. A large number of tests show that: the safety valve opening and closing pressure difference depends mainly on the valve geometry and adjustment ring, spring stiffness, back pressure and other parameters. Based on the safety valve test data, this paper elaborates the relationship between them and sums up the empirical expression. For geometrically similar safety valves, this equation can be used to estimate the value of the opening and closing differential pressure as a function of the position of the adjusting ring in the case of steam emission. This relationship was confirmed by two Dresser valves of different sizes.
