近日新加坡科学家研制出一种智能纳米载体,能够把癌症治疗药物准确地运送到癌细胞里,从而更有效地抑制肿瘤生长,却不损害正常细胞。据领导科研小组介绍,这种智能载体只靠酸碱度变化就可以把治癌药物运送到癌细胞中。当癌细胞吸收了这些载体后,药物分子就可顺利释放到细胞质和细胞核中。比起现有的癌症治疗方法,这种载体能够更有效地运送治癌药物来杀死癌细胞,却不对正常细胞产生毒害,从而避免骨髓抑制、心脏损害、胃肠道紊乱以及疲劳、脱发、身体虚弱等副作用。研制单位:新加坡生物工程与纳米科技研究院
