①目的 探讨阿司匹林 (AS)对脂质过氧化损伤红细胞变形能力和膜收缩蛋白的影响。②方法 以黄嘌呤氧化酶 (HXO)氧自由基体系和活性氧 (H2 O2 )作用于细胞 ,观察AS对红细胞溶血度、红细胞膜脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、红细胞变形能力 (ED)、红细胞收缩蛋白二聚体 (SP D)和四聚体 (SP T)的影响。③结果 AS能明显降低红细胞溶血度 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (t=2 .3 91~ 8.5 91,P <0 .0 1、0 .0 0 1)。在HXO体系作用下 ,红细胞膜LPO、红细胞滤过指数 (EFI)、SP D和SP D/SP T明显增高 ,SP T明显降低 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t=17.65 3~ 2 6.60 9,P <0 .0 0 1)。在不同浓度AS作用下 ,红细胞膜LPO、EFI、SP D和SP D/SP T明显降低 ,SP T明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (t=3 .0 61~ 16.5 5 9,P <0 .0 1、0 .0 0 1)。④结论 AS在红细胞水平上能直接对抗氧自由基引发的脂质过氧化损伤 ,保护SP和提高ED
Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin on the erythrocyte deformability and membrane contractile protein in lipid peroxidation injury. Methods HXO free radical system and reactive oxygen species (H 2 O 2) were used to observe the effect of AS on hemolysis, erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxides (LPO), erythrocyte deformability (ED) Erythrocyte Shrinkage Protein Dimers (SP D) and Tetramers (SP T). ③ Results AS could significantly reduce hemolysis of erythrocytes, which was significantly different from the control group (t = 2.341 ~ 8.591, P <0.010,0.01). Under the action of HXO system, the erythrocyte membrane LPO, erythrocyte filtration index (EFI), SP D and SP D / SP T were significantly increased, and SP T was significantly decreased compared with the control group (t = 17.65 3-2 6.60 9, P <0 0 01). Under the action of different concentrations of AS, LPO, EFI, SPD and SP D / SP T of erythrocyte membrane decreased obviously and SP T increased significantly compared with the control group (t = 3.601-16.559, P <0 1,0 1,0 .0 0 1). ④ Conclusion AS at erythrocyte level can directly against oxygen free radicals induced lipid peroxidation injury, protect SP and improve ED
