采矿权权属是当前矿业权市场中的热点问题。在矿业权的两级市场中,采矿权的权属性质是不同的。只有将采矿权权属在两级市场中分开界定,才能更清楚地认识和解决采矿权转让过程中出现的各种问题。
Mining right ownership is a hot issue in the current mining rights market. In the two-tier market of mining rights, the nature of ownership of mining rights is different. Only when mining rights are defined separately in the two markets can we clearly understand and solve various problems arising from the transfer of mining rights.
